Chiara Cappellina

Bilingual (Italian-English) and a professional journalist since 2005, Chiara started writing the first articles at the age of 16 on the pages of the local weekly "Verona Fedele". She worked in the editorial staff of "Il Giornale" in Milan in 2001 following the tragic events of September 11th. She graduated in Communication Sciences in 2002, with a thesis on the "Newspaper editorial machine" and obtained a master's degree in Communication and Scientific Journalism from Padua in 2003. In her career she covered new technologies and lifestyles in the long collaboration with the veronese newspaper "L'Arena". She was part of the editorial staff of the local daily free press "Leggo" but also covering current events for "Corriere del Veneto". Between 2011 and 2014 she was in charge of the Communication in Italy of American multinationals such as Patagonia and Harman International and from 2015 to 2017 she led Fiera di Vicenza Press Office. Passionate about wine and holding a WSET Level 3 Award in Wines Pass with Distinction, always sensitive to environmental issues, she loves nature and photography, but her true "addictions" are her pets to which she devotes every free minute she has.
