Müller-Thurgau Returns to Centre Stage as Italy’s Mountain Wine Festival Opens Its 39th Edition
From 2 to 5 July, Italy’s leading event dedicated to Müller-Thurgau returns to Val di Cembra for its 39th edition. The festival combines tastings, masterclasses, wine competitions and outdoor experiences to showcase one of the country’s finest expressions of mountain viticulture. Once considered a simple, high-yielding grape, Müller-Thurgau has found a new identity on the steep Alpine vineyards of Trentino, where altitude and cool temperatures produce wines of remarkable freshness, precision and aromatic complexity. The event celebrates both the grape’s fascinating history and its growing international reputation.
